Features :
1. Adopt stainless steel (#304) polish mold plate with laser cutting steam
holes.
2. The working process is fully automatic, don’t need the operators to
assist.
3. Self-developed expansion induction, control good fusion (ripeness) and
good cooling of end products accurately. Its value will be recorded in the
man-machine interface.
4. Flush-type temperature decreasing for individual vacuum system, shorten
cooling time.
5. Wisdom value system, control any abnormal condition of machine completely
and can assist in troubleshooting.
6. C series type: adjustable mold plate, can adjust the size for one side of
EPS block product.
